Peppertmint Crisp Tart Ingredients 375g / 1 tin caramelised condensed milk (Nestle Carnation Caramel) 250ml Whipping Cream 2 x 200g packets Tennis Biscuits (or substitute with Nice biscuits) 4 Peppermint Crisps – grated 250g Butter Method Melt butter gently Crush Biscuits and mix with melted butter Line dish with crushed biscuit mix Whip cream until it is just starting to thicken Add caramel and mix Add peppermint crisp and mix Place mixture on biscuit base Sprinkle with grated Peppermint Crisp Cover with cling film and place in fridge overnight.
