Traditional Biltong 250g

Our biltong is hand-cut, spiced and hung to dry. Our biltong is made from the finest grass fed British Beef and is superbly tender with a great beefy flavour. We slice and package the biltong within days of shipping so you will receive it in the freshest state possible as you have chosen it. 

 

Ingredients: beef, seasoning [salt, maize, natural colourants, flavourings, sugar, flavour enhancer (MSG), vegetable fat, spice extracts (celery) citric acid, antioxidant, potassium sorbate], vinegar (barley malt extract)

Allergens: Celery, Barley Malt Extract

Thanks for your great feedback. We are packing as quickly as we can. Remember, this is sliced and packed to order, so we don't have stock on the shelves to pick from which allows you to choose how you like it. Sometimes, the biltong needs an extra day to dry.
