are hand cut thin strips of top quality grass fed beef silverside and imported South African Spices with a hot and spicy flavouring. It has a slight bite with a bit of sweetness. If you are looking for something with a kick, then chilli bites are your go to.

As Bites are thin strips of biltong, they are a lot drier than sliced biltong. The flavour is more intense and it has a good chew. They are great for snacking on as they take longer to eat than sliced biltong. In South Africa, bites are known as stokkies. We package the bites within days of shipping so you will receive it in the freshest state possible as you have chosen it.
