Simonsig Kaapse Vonkel Brut
South Africa's very first Cap Classique. Kaapse Vonkel ("Cape sparkle") is an iconic traditional-method sparkling wine, made the same way as Champagne, from a blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier.
Tasting notes
A light golden colour with a fine, persistent mousse. Aromas of white peach, fresh apple and pear lead to lively acidity and a crisp, dry finish.
Food pairing
Perfect for celebrations or as an aperitif, and versatile enough to drink with oysters, seafood and canapés. Serve well chilled.
