I've just opened the first of my 4 cans of guavas, two of which were quite badly dented, the other two slightly so. I have loved Koo's fruits, jams and marmalades since the 1940's: that's a long, long time ago! However, in recent guava orders from you I have noticed an increased tendency for the contents to be less ripe than they should be, ie as pictured on the cans. The giveaways are (i) the texture ie hardness of the outer "skin", and (ii) the paler, yellowish-cream colour of theeir outer halves. Were these two issues to be addressed, I would have no hesitation in awarding your tinned guavas FIVE stars.

I recently ordered a selection of tinned fruit which were very palatable and wouldn't hesitate in recommending them, particularly as they were a Koo product.
