Ordered the Silverside for making biltong and the Freddie Hirsch biltong spice, , silver side is fantastic so much so I have placed an order for another 4kgs and the delivery was quick, great service great products highly recommend.

Not the best as was way too salty

We don't use it, but it is very popular. If it's too salty, then use less seasoning. It is really that simple
