Simonsig Sunbird Sauvignon Blanc
Named after the Malachite Sunbird, often seen around the protea flowers that grow alongside these vines. The grapes come from Simonsig's highest vineyards, where cool breezes from False Bay suit Sauvignon Blanc perfectly.

Fig and grapefruit, with a crisp, refreshing finish.
Food pairing
A great aperitif on a sunny day. Also pairs well with salads, goat's cheese and fish with lemon.
