Tasting notes

A delicate blush pink. Fresh strawberries, rose petals, ripe quince and citrus zest on the nose. Lively and refreshing on the palate, with crisp acidity, red berry fruit, floral notes and a clean, dry finish.

Seafood pasta, salmon salads, Thai dishes and sushi.
