Tasting notes

A deep garnet centre with bright hues on the rim. Rich, perfumed blackcurrant and cassis with layers of pencil shavings and subtle cedar. With air, red cherry and mulberry come through, with fine-grained tannins and beautiful balance. Drinking well now, and will continue to develop over time.

Food pairing

Braised pork, beef rump or mushroom ravioli.
