Wholesome and hearty, made with raisins and wheat bran. Ina Paarman's Raisin & Bran Muffins are a lovely addition to breakfast, brunch or a mid-morning snack.

You'll also need

• 1 tea bag (rooibos or regular) and ¾ cup (180ml) boiling water
• 2 extra-large eggs
• ½ cup (125ml) canola or sunflower oil
• 1 cup (250ml) plain yoghurt or buttermilk
• 1½ cups (375ml) full cream milk, hot

Bake for 35 minutes at 190°C. Full instructions are on the box.
