These muesli rusks are baked fresh here rather than shipped in from South Africa, mixing a traditional buttermilk rusk base with rolled oats, sunflower seeds, raisins and bran flakes for a heartier, more textured bite than the packaged versions.

Because they're baked in small batches to order rather than held as long-life stock, this one sells out between bakes — check back or get in touch if you'd like to be notified when the next batch is ready.
