The 1.1kg Ouma's boerewors spice batch pack produces over 33kg of boerewors. It is made up of 20kg Beef, 10kg Pork and 2kg of ice water. Mince using an 8mm plate with the meat, mix in the water and fill into 32/34mm natural hog casing. Leave to hang overnight before enjoying on the braai.

What is Boerewors? Boerewors is manufactured using meat of the bovine, porcine, ovine or caprine or a mixture of two. It contains 90% total meat content and no more than 30% fat content. Boerewors contains no offal except for the casing. No mechanically recovered meat is used.
