Romany Creams are a crunchy chocolate-coconut sandwich biscuit that's been a fixture in South African biscuit tins for decades. If you remember Gypsy Creams from UK shelves, this is the closest thing — a coconut biscuit base with a chocolate cream filling — but with a devoted South African following of its own.
