Grated Beef Biltong

We finely grate dry biltong which is perfect for using in quiches, muffins and bread. Or add to cream cheese to make a pate or use in a dip.

Ingredients: Beef, vinegar (barley malt extract), salt, maize, flavour enhancer (MSG), sugar, colourants, spices, herbs, celery extract, potassium sorbate, potassium metabisulphite.

May contain chilli

Allergens: Barley Malt Extract, Celery Extract

Grated biltong - best kept secret !
Great way to supplement your protein nutrition! 4 stars and not 5 only because it is a bit salty !Spread a generous layer on a slice of bread top with juicy tomato and taste the goodness !

Grated biltong is made from very dry biltong which is why it is salty. The water evapourates, but the salt doesn't.

It tasted really good, however I, didn’t really know what to do with it. Ate it of a spoon. Is that wrong?

You can use it with cream cheese, baked potato, savoury muffins, scrambled eggs or some people like it with butter on bread/toast
