This Cape white blend is crafted from Chenin Blanc (53%), Chardonnay (24%), Semillon (19%), and Viognier (4%), each sourced from five of Boekenhoutskloof’s distinct vineyards. Together, they showcase the depth and diversity of the region's unique terroirs. Oak-aged Semillon contributes structure and age-worthiness; Swartland Chenin Blanc adds richness and texture; Chardonnay from the cool South Coast provides brightness and finesse; and Viognier introduces a subtle aromatic nuance.
