
Anchovy Paste
As we are not allowed to import Pecks or Redro, here is a quick recipe to make your own
Ingredients
- 2 tins of sardines in water, drained
- 1 tin of anchovies in oil, keep oil
- 2 tablespoons of tomato paste/puree
Method
- in a blender, add the ingredients with a little of the anchovy oil
- blend to a paste
- add more tomato paste if required
You can also add salt, pepper, lemon juice, chilli or anything else your taste desires.
