Traditional Biltong 500g

Our biltong is hand-cut, spiced and hung to dry. Our biltong is made from the finest grass fed British Beef and is superbly tender with a great beefy flavour. We slice and package the biltong within days of shipping so you will receive it in the freshest state possible as you have chosen it.

Ingredients: beef, seasoning [salt, maize, natural colourants, flavourings, sugar, flavour enhancer (MSG), vegetable fat, spice extracts (celery) citric acid, antioxidant, potassium sorbate], vinegar (barley malt extract)

I loved the biltong. Did not add the spice, not necessary. Definitely NOT enough fat despite ordering fat. Maybe 10 pieces had a sliver of fat on them.
