Klipdrift Premium Brandy

Meticulous distillation in vintage copper pot stills separates the heads and the tails to leave only the heart, the purest part of the brandy, which is then sealed in the finest French Oak and left for time and the angels. Our Master Distiller then artfully blends various ages to deliver the taste that has come to be known simply as Premium. Klipdrift Premium is known for its aromas of cedar, tobacco and warm spices with apple and walnut undertones. But what really sets it apart is the full-bodied taste that can only be achieved from the finest grapes, unhurried maturation and the unparalleled skill of our Master Distiller. To really savour Klipdrift Premium, we recommend serving it as it is, but a few blocks of ice wouldn't hurt. That said, our cocktails are a testament to the fact that there's a perfect mix for every occasion. #TASTEOFKLIPDRIFT Klipdrift Premium is enjoyed by international brandy connoisseurs as much as it is by our friends who are a little closer to home. Klipdrift Premium Marinade: INGREDIENTS 175ml Klipdrift Premium 75ml Hickory Basting Sauce (smokey) 27.5ml olive oil 87.5ml gingerale 7.5ml/1.5g coriander seeds 27.5ml soya sauce 2.5ml cinnamon 27.5ml coconut milk WHAT TO DO Prepare your marinade a few hours before cooking (leaving the meat to marinade overnight's a winner too). All you need to do is whisk all of the ingredients together till well blended. Then pour over your meat and pop it into the fridge until you're ready to cook. This brandy marinade works very well with chicken. Limento Cocktail: INGREDIENTS Klipdrift Premium Lemonade Mint leaves Lemon juice Cherries THE MIX For a single serving, fill a tall glass half way with ice blocks. Pop in a few mint leaves. Pour a tot of brandy and 10ml of lemon juice over the top. Then fill up with Lemonade. A cherry, some lemon rind or a few more mint leaves on the top wouldn't hurt either.
