is made using top quality chuck and pork which is minced and mixed with diluted vinegar and imported South African boerewors spice. That is it, nothing else. They are vacuum packed and have a 10 day shelf-life. Everyone says their boerewors is the best. We are not going to say it, we will let you be the judge! Boerewors is packed fresh, so can be frozen if required.

We send fresh meat on Wednesday and Thursday. We cannot send fresh meat to some parts of Scotland, Channel Islands or Northern Ireland as we are not guaranteed next day delivery. Fresh meat ordered after 11am on Thursday will only be shipped the following week.
