Koo Samp & Beans

Koo Samp & Beans is Koo's original mix of samp (crushed maize) and speckled sugar beans, a much-loved South African staple that usually takes hours to cook from dry. This one is ready to heat and eat.

How to enjoy it

• As a side to a lamb or beef stew, or oxtail
• With boerewors and chakalaka from the braai
• On its own for a quick and easy meal

Ingredients

Maize (minimum 20%), sugar beans (minimum 9%), water, vegetable oil (sunflower seed) (antioxidant E319), salt.

Size: 400g can. Ready to eat. To heat, warm gently in a saucepan without boiling.
