These homemade South African muesli rusks are baked here in the UK rather than shipped from South Africa. They mix our traditional buttermilk rusk base with rolled oats, sunflower seeds, raisins and bran flakes for a heartier, more textured bite than the boxed versions.
Because they're baked in small batches rather than held as long-life stock, they can sell out between bakes, so don't wait too long.

Ingredients: wheat flour (gluten), eggs, whole milk, salt, butter (milk, salt), cultured milk (milk, fresh cream, skimmed milk powder, bacterial cultures), raising agents, sugar, rolled oats, sunflower seeds, raisins, bran flakes (wheat bran, malted barley extract, niacin, iron, vitamin B5, B1, B2, B6, B12, folic acid).

Frequently asked:
- Are these the same as Ouma Muesli Rusks? No. These are home-baked in small batches with our own recipe, rather than the factory-made Ouma brand.
- How long do they last? Best enjoyed within a few weeks. Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place.
- How do you eat muesli rusks? Dunk in hot tea or coffee until softened, then bite.
