Frozen Cheese & Sweet Corn Samoosa

South African Indian style cheese, sweetcorn and onion cooked with fresh herbs and spices and wrapped in a thin traditional samoosa pastry. (not filo pastry)

Cooking Instructions

Cook directly from frozen. For best results, pan fry.

Pan fry for about 4-5 minutes in a little vegetable oil on a medium heat until the samosas are golden brown. Drain on paper towel before serving.

Deep Fat Fryer – fry for about 5 minutes until golden brown. Drain on paper towel before serving.

These are guidelines only as all appliances vary. Take care to avoid hot oil splashing. Samoosa should be cooked thoroughly. Allow to cool slightly, as it will be piping hot.
