is made using top quality chuck which is minced and mixed with diluted vinegar and imported South African boerewors spice and encased in sheep casing. That is it, nothing else. There is no pork in this boerewors. A thin beef boerewors which is perfect as a breakfast sausage.

Our boerewors is packed fresh, so can be frozen if required.

We send fresh meat on Wednesday and Thursday. We cannot send fresh meat to some parts of Scotland, Channel Islands or Northern Ireland as we are not guaranteed next day delivery.
