Chilli and garlic biltong

I ordered 500g of the chilli garlic biltong it sure packed a punch in flavour and heat the only thing that let it down I ordered it to be medium but me and my wife felt it was pretty dry.

Ah yes, we call it the Goldilocks phenomenon. Medium is either too wet for some, or too dry for others, so we pack and pray. Glad you enoyed the flavour. If you think this packs a punch, then try the chilli biltong.

Die biltong en droëwors is baie goeie kwaliteit ,smaaklik. Geen vet soos versoek en die droëwors is ook nie vetterig of te veel kruie nie.
