Chilli Chutney Beef Biltong Bites

also known as stokkies, snapstix, chilli chutney bites. Bites are thin strips of premium grade, grass-fed beef marinated in imported South African biltong spice, chilli and Mrs Balls Chutney. We use ground chilli to give it that enormous Saffa kick. If you are scared of heat, stay away.

Beware: These are sticky. If you are not prepared to lick your fingers, then these aren't for you!!

Ingredients: beef, seasoning [salt, maize, natural colourants, flavourings, sugar, flavour enhancer (MSG), vegetable fat, spice extracts (celery) citric acid, antioxidant, ground chilli, potassium sorbate], vinegar (barley malt extract), chutney (cane sugar, water, vinegar, dried fruit (peaches (minimum 6%) & apricots) (contains sulphur dioxide), chemically modified maize starch, salt, natural colourant, spices)
