As Bites are thin strips of biltong, they are a lot drier than sliced biltong. The flavour is more intense and it has a good chew. They are great for snacking on as they take longer to eat than sliced biltong. In South Africa, bites are known as stokkies. We package the bites within days of shipping so you will receive it in the freshest state possible as you have chosen it. Ingredients: Beef, vinegar (barley malt extract), salt, maize, flavour enhancer (MSG), sugar, colourants, spices, herbs, potassium sorbate, potassium metabisulphite, modified starch, maltodextrin, dried tomato, dried herbs, dried spices, guar gum, yeast extract, cayenne and jalapeño.
