Ingredients:
4 Eggs
1 tsp Vanilla Essence
1/2 cup Cake flour
1 cup Dark Brown Sugar
1 cup White Sugar
1 ¼ cup cocoa powder
230g melted butter
Directions:
Preheat oven to 150C.
Grease and line a 270mm x 170mm ovenproof dish. Whisk eggs and sugar until thick and creamy. Sift dry ingredients into the egg mixture. Pour the melted butter and vanilla essence in. Gently fold all the ingredients together until combined. Pour into the prepared container and bake for 40 minutes or until a skewer comes out clean.
