Our Wagyu Garlic Biltong is made from the finest British F1 Wagyu - a 50% cross Japanese Wagyu and Aberdeen Angus beef. Wagyu beef is high in Omega 3 and Omega 6 fats and has a high content of monounsaturated fats. The cattle we use for our Wagyu Biltong are 'beer' and regularly massaged the traditional Japanese way to provide a top quality meat. We produce our biltong with the same respect and desire to create the best quality biltong indicative of this prime beef.
